What's new

New: Set a daily spending limit for AI, on top of the monthly one. The AI Spend page now shows Today and This month side by side, each with its own limit you can set, change, or reset — new accounts start at $50 a day.
A clear prompt on the AI employees page lets Premium users record their own voice for their AI employees to use on calls. Dismiss it once and it stays gone.
Improved: Property tours are booked with your real team members — anyone on your team, any role — never an AI employee. Owners and admins choose who's allowed to tour and the areas they cover, and upcoming tours now show on a proper month calendar; click any tour to see the property, the assigned teammate, the time, and whether the client was emailed or texted.
On smaller laptop screens, the leads list now gives the property address more room by showing just the owner's first name, so you can actually read the address.
Fixed: Turning off automatic lead assignment now truly stops new leads from being attached to an employee — before, some still slipped through.
The low-balance AI spending warning now clears on its own right after you top up, instead of lingering for a couple of minutes.
Service now pauses 5 days after an invoice goes unpaid (previously 14), in line with our billing terms.
