What's new

New: Land and empty lots get a price. Before this, your AI would not put a number on bare land at all — it asked for a repair estimate that a lot can never have, and stopped there.
A map on your leads. Switch between the list and the map to see where a lot actually sits.
A land card on each lead: acres, flood zone, how steep it is, wet ground, and whether it touches a road.
A title card on each lead showing what is known about the deed, a survey, heirs, and anything still owed — and where each answer came from, so you can tell what the county said from what the seller said.
Set what you pay for due diligence and how long you get, under Settings, Offers. Your AI quotes 30, 60 and 90 day versions so you can see what more time costs.
Change a task your AI has planned before it runs it.
Improved: Your calling hours win. If you have set hours for your workspace, your AI uses yours.
Your AI writes down what a seller tells it during the call, as the seller says it, and marks it as something the seller said rather than something a record showed.
Your AI asks about the deed, a survey, heirs, anything still owed, and any rights-of-way — the things wholesalers said cause the most back-and-forth later. It asks only what the county could not already answer, so it is not asking about acreage it already has.
The 'what you pay' step of your buy box now links straight to your due diligence settings.
An out-of-town owner's mailing address is back on a lead's People card.
Fixed: When your AI could not call someone, it now tells you why instead of just saying it could not.
Your AI no longer says it has no price for a lot when the only thing missing was a map location for the property.
