What's new

New: Every fact on a property can now be corrected by you. Sale history, Title & deed and Land facts each have an Edit button, so a wrong acreage, a missing sale price, or a flood zone the county never published is yours to put right.
Anything you enter is clearly marked as yours — “You put this right, not checked against the record” — and is never shown as though the county said it. Your AI is told the same, so it will not quote your figure back as an official record.
You can leave a short note with a correction, so the next person knows where the number came from.
Improved: Your mailbox now has the two layout controls you already know from Gmail: how tightly messages are packed, and whether you read them beside the list or underneath it. The list can be dragged wider too.
Fixed: The Windows app had been stuck on a very old version and could not update itself. It is now on the same version as the Mac app and updates normally again.
