What's new

New: You can now say how each AI employee reaches people. Pick whether they lead with a call, a text or an email, and put the rest in the order you want them tried. Your AI plans its work around that, so a texter is never handed a cold call. Email always stays available, so nobody is ever left with no way to reach a seller.
Improved: Long email threads are readable again. The quoted copy of earlier messages is tucked away behind a small control instead of repeating down the page, so you see what was actually written this time.
Replying to a particular message in a thread now answers that message, and quotes only what had been said up to that point, rather than always answering the newest one.
