What's new

New: Upload every kind of document your deals need — purchase agreements, proof of funds, a W-9, letters testamentary — each with a note on what it is for, who signs it, and who it may be sent to.
Two seller contracts: one for when you pay a due-diligence fee, one for when you do not. The right one is chosen from what you actually agreed.
Decide when a deal is worth a double close, in dollars or as a share of the price, so the seller does not see the spread on your biggest deals.
Enter an after-repair value straight from the deal, instead of only from the lead.
See and correct the whole due-diligence record on a lead: what you quoted, what was agreed, who is holding the money and who it is for, and the proof it was paid.
Record a fee you quoted on your own call, and flag when a seller wants it paid before they will sign.
Earnest money now has its own record — what is owed, which attorney holds it, and whether it was applied at closing or came back.
A price you promised a seller is written down with the words you used, and only a person can take it back.
Approve a price ceiling yourself when the engine has one but the deal has no valuation of its own.
Set how long you get to check a property before the contract is firm.
Improved: The Brain tells you why it stopped. If your AI spend cap was reached it says so and takes you to the setting, instead of saying you asked it to stop.
Usage says what each number is — 17 minutes rather than 17 — and names the month you picked.
The phone cost of a call is counted and shown apart from the AI employee talking time, so the cheap half and the expensive half are no longer one figure.
Fixed: Usage no longer shows invented prices. It had been pricing skip traces at more than double the real rate from a placeholder table.
Picking a past month on Usage now shows that month. It had been quietly showing the current month under the heading you chose.
The first text and email about a property now name the right town.
Telling an employee it has the wrong number now actually stops the messages, and the apology is the one thing that gets through.
