What's new

New: Your documents page is rearranged: one tab per stage of a deal, each document as a single line, and a Read more panel on the right with the full rules — what it is for, who signs it, who it may be sent to, and what must be true before you send it.
See the documents you have actually sent: what is waiting on signatures, what has been signed, and what is still a draft — and open any of them to read the PDF.
Filter your leads by property type, by value, and by when they were added.
Ask what to quote for a due-diligence fee and see the whole position — the range, the days it buys, what another week costs, and the 30/60/90 alternatives beside your own window.
Improved: The two seller contracts now say which is which at a glance — one for when the seller wants a fee before signing, one for when they do not — so you upload the right paper into the right slot.
Every document explains itself in plain English under clear headings, instead of a paragraph you have to read twice.
The AI task view shows one line per step — what it did, in your words — instead of pages of raw detail. The long standing instructions are folded away.
Fixed: The quote you are shown now includes what an extra week costs and the other window lengths, which the screen had been dropping.
