- New
- Say once who your firm signs as — your name, email and phone then go on every document you send, instead of being typed in each time.
- See every seller you are keeping warm on one board, including the ones who have not replied in months, and who is owed a touch right now.
- Write down a lot's legal description yourself when the county record has not been read yet — a purchase agreement cannot be filled in without one.
- Improved
- The deal page is now two tabs — Seller side and Buyer side — with the stages of the deal inside them, instead of eleven tabs across the top.
- Your offers now show the contract you have actually sent for signature, not only the offers drafted here.
- Tell the app what each date blank on a contract is for, so the due-diligence period and closing date are worked out from your window instead of stamped with today's date.
- Signature lines are measured from the document itself now rather than estimated, and any field still placed by eye is marked so you can check it before sending.
- Documents and emails go out under your firm's name and logo.
- Fixed
- Approve on the escalations page now actually sends your answer, and points you to where a decision has to be signed when only a person can sign it.
- Updating now checks there is room to install and closes the app's own helpers first — and if it cannot update, it tells you why instead of quitting.
- Contract emails no longer show stray code where an apostrophe or a quotation mark should be.
