- New
- Your deal page has one list of paper: the offers you drafted and the contracts you sent, newest movement first, instead of two lists that looked the same.
- Deed & escrow is now its own tab, showing every pot of money on a deal — the due-diligence fee, the earnest money the attorney holds, and the closing escrow — and for each one what the contract asks for, what was actually sent, and what the holder has confirmed.
- Your leads list shows which deal each lead is on, so you can see at a glance which one is under contract.
- Improved
- A contract everyone has signed now moves the deal to Under contract by itself, tells the AI employee working it, and takes that seller off the keep-warm list — and puts them back on it if the deal later falls through.
- The home screen counts your leads, deals and pipeline live every time you open it, and tells you when it counted. It used to show numbers left over from leads you had already deleted.
- Your pipeline value now counts every deal. Past fifty deals it was quietly leaving the rest out.
- One filter row on the leads list: search and every filter on the same line, with statuses in a dropdown that can pick more than one — or 'Needs a decision' in a single click.
- Contract templates live in one place now. The second, empty templates page is gone.
- Fixed
- Attaching a buyer to a deal now finds the buyers in your buyer bank. It was searching a list that is always empty, so it never found anyone.
- Marking a deal dead now asks three times, in three different ways, and tells you exactly what it does and does not undo.
- The board now names the buy-box rule that is rejecting your leads, instead of pointing at settings you never set — and it can no longer go quiet on an org whose leads are all being turned away.
- A number arriving from the server as text is formatted properly again, so large figures get their commas.
