What's new

Improved: Your deals now show the spread — what the deal is worth to you — on the deals list, on the deal itself, and in your pipeline total. It was blank on every deal before.
A spread says whether it is a projection from what you are paying, or money a buyer has actually agreed, so the two are never read as the same thing.
Your pipeline total counts the deals it could not price yet, instead of quietly leaving them out of the figure.
Fixed: Agreeing a price with a seller now works the deal's numbers out straight away. Nothing was asking for them, so the spread and the projected profit stayed empty.
When the numbers say you can pay less than a price you already promised a seller, neither number moves and it goes on your attention board as a decision for you. It used to fail quietly and leave nothing on screen.
A deal that goes under contract without ever being priced now appears on your attention board instead of sitting there unnoticed.
