What's new

New: Find a contact for any builder in the R35 Buyers Network. One button checks free public records first — the state contractor licensing board often names a real person and gives their phone number — and only uses a paid skip trace if those come up empty. It tells you the cost before it spends anything, saves the builder to your buyer bank, and keeps what it finds.
Upload your attorney's business card, and it goes out with every offer email you send — with the choice to copy the attorney in.
Improved: Skip tracing now runs by itself only on leads you imported from a file. Every other lead waits until you press Skip trace on the lead, so nothing is spent unless you asked for it.
Your skip-trace spend list is paged, and tells you how many traces the month held and what they came to. The total is the whole month's whichever page you are looking at.
The Buyers Network map says how many builders it could not place, instead of quietly leaving them off.
Fixed: Your skip-trace spend page now shows the price you were actually charged. It had been showing a lower internal figure, so the month's total read less than you paid — and your monthly skip-trace budget was measured against that same wrong number, quietly letting more traces through than the limit you set.
Columns on the Buyers Network no longer print on top of each other. A long badge could paint straight across the column beside it, so a phone number and a badge came out as one unreadable line.
The address and builder columns no longer stretch to swallow the row on a wide screen. They now have a maximum as well as a minimum, and the street is shown on its own line with the town beneath it, so a long address no longer pushes everything else out of sight.
A builder's phone number now reads the same on the list as it does on the builder's own page. One screen could show a number while the other said nothing was published, because the page was borrowing a number from a similarly named company — that borrowing now needs a close name match, and always says which record it came from.
A builder whose county record has no street number no longer shows "0" as its address.
A lead whose phone and email have simply not been looked up yet now says exactly that, instead of reading as though we searched everywhere and found nothing.
