What's new

New: Finding a contact at a builder now runs in the background. The builder is saved to your buyers straight away and the search carries on without you waiting — you can close the window and come back to it.
Your skip-trace and valuation history is now a tab on the AI spend page, next to how many traces you have left and the button to buy more.
Your buy box tells you when it cannot match anything. If it asks for bedrooms on land, or names towns that cancel out the counties you picked, it now says so on the page and on your attention board.
Improved: The buy box now offers the same property types your leads are actually labelled with, including vacant lots and vacant homes. "Land" was an option that no lead could ever match, so a firm that only bought land matched nothing at all.
Skip traces are counted in traces, not dollars. A trace uses one from your monthly allowance and then from the packs you have bought — nothing is charged when you run one, and no prices are quoted for a single search.
When your skip traces run out, the leads page, the Buyers Network and your buyer bank each show you why and where to buy more. If buying is not yours to do, it tells you who to ask.
A builder saved with no contact yet now says "No phone or email yet" instead of showing a blank.
Fixed: A confirmation box opened from inside a panel now appears on top of it instead of behind it, where its buttons could not be reached. The same problem is fixed everywhere else it could happen, including a licence notice that could be hidden entirely.
Pressing Escape on a confirmation no longer closes the panel behind it as well.
Leads that were vacant lots or vacant homes were being marked down for not matching your buy box, when they were exactly what you buy.
Builders who signed up through your own website were filed under a property type none of your filters offered, so you could not find them by land.
Reconnecting DealMachine no longer silently forgets which property types you asked it for.
A lead you confirmed fits your buy box now reads as yours, saying "You said this fits" instead of still showing as outside it.
Opening a lead whose address cannot be placed on a map no longer asks the map service over and over until it refuses — which could stop the map working for everyone in your firm.
A lead whose address could not be placed now says so, with a button to correct the address.
The attention board no longer goes quiet about a buy box matching nothing just because you rescued some of the leads by hand — and it now says how long it has really been that way.
