What's new

New: Mark a whole selection of leads as fitting your buy box in one go, instead of one at a time — with a one-click way to grab every lead sitting outside it, and a matching action to undo it.
Every named person at a builder now gets their own row, with their own address and phone number you can tap to call or email.
Improved: Finding a contact at a builder now looks up each named person's own record, not just the company's. A firm with three people listed used to show one company switchboard; it now shows three direct lines.
Skip-trace packs are $0.15 a trace. Traces you already bought keep the price you paid for them.
A person whose details a public register does not publish now says "not published" instead of showing a blank, and a person whose licence has lapsed is named without pretending we looked them up.
Fixed: Your attention board no longer goes quiet about a buy box that is rejecting everything when you mark leads as fitting it by hand. Marking a whole book as fitting used to make the warning disappear from the firm that needed it most.
A lead your buy box rejected but the product released anyway was being counted as a lead the box matched, which hid how much the box was turning away.
When your AI employee marked a lead as fitting your buy box, the lead did not record who confirmed it — while still showing "You said this fits".
