What's new

New: Give each AI employee a focus. On the employee's page (and when you hire one) you can set the property types and the states, counties and towns that agent works — so one agent can specialize in, say, land in Mecklenburg County and get good at it. Leads are only handed to an agent whose focus matches, and the Brain knows each agent's specialty.
Copy yourself or a teammate on an AI employee's emails. A new "AI email copies" page in Settings lets you pick an agent and choose who gets CC'd — yourself, a team member, or any email — and every email that agent sends copies them automatically. The agent is told these people are trusted teammates, just watching.
A Notes tab on every lead. Add a note from a ready list (Left voicemail, Motivated seller, Under contract, and more) or type your own, each stamped with who added it and when.
Bring your memory into the Brain. The first time you open the Brain, if you already use another AI (Claude, ChatGPT, and others), you can copy a prompt, run it there, and paste the result back so the Brain starts already knowing you instead of from scratch.
Improved: When the Builder & Buyer Network finds a matched buyer, a person makes the first introduction — the AI never cold-contacts a buyer on its own.
