- When an AI employee emails a lead, it now sends to every email address on that lead's file — the main one directly and any others copied in — so a seller or buyer with more than one email still gets the message. Anyone on your do-not-contact list is skipped.
- AI employees open a first call a little warmer and more naturally instead of reading a stiff script.
