What's new

New: Yield study on the land map: turn on one layer and see how many homes fit on a lot — real 3D houses placed using the county's zoning rules, with streets, driveways, trees, parked cars and stop signs. It flies in, circles the property, and exports a picture you can send a builder or buyer.
Building styles that suit the lot: farmhouse, ranch, colonial, craftsman, a brick neighborhood street, garden apartments, a mid-rise, a hotel and townhomes. The right one is picked automatically from the zoning and lot size, and you can change it with one tap.
A zoning rules page: see and correct the lot sizes, setbacks and height limits on file for any county — every figure carries its source.
Street view on the property photo: switch between the aerial view and standing on the road, with an honest note when a road photo doesn't exist for that lot.
Improved: Sharper, properly licensed satellite imagery on the land map.
Odd-shaped lots — curves, V-shapes, narrow middles — now get homes placed sensibly in each usable part instead of being given up on.
The phone numbers page now says "Waiting on carriers" instead of "Active" while your texting registration is still being reviewed, so you know exactly where you stand.
When the carriers turn down a phone application, the reason now appears in plain words that say what to do — not a wall of technical codes.
Fixed: The phone application locks while the carriers are reviewing it, so it can't accidentally be sent twice.
The map's controls no longer hide under the Mac window buttons in full screen.
