- New
- Every conversation on a deal, in one place. The deal page now has a Conversation tab with the seller, the buyer, the attorney and the escrow company side by side, each with their emails, calls and texts down the left — and you can write or call any of them from there. A party who is not on the deal yet says so, instead of showing an empty inbox that looks like somebody ignoring you.
- When an agent needs an answer from you, it now asks on a card you can answer without leaving the page — who asked, about which property, in their own words, and how long they have been waiting.
- You can tell the AI to always come to you for the number. With it on, it opens with a text, and once a seller shows interest it asks you for the starting offer, your floor, and the most it may pay in diligence — instead of naming a price itself. The same applies on the buyer side.
- Improved
- The AI now works to get the buyer to cover the due-diligence fee the seller asked for. Whatever share the buyer agrees to is recorded, so the closing figures are built on what was agreed rather than what was asked.
- Title and deed questions wait until the seller has signed. Asking early costs trust; you can still ask whenever you like.
- Fixed
- Two money surfaces stopped overstating. A projected bill no longer says a penny has been settled, and the console says postpaid where it means postpaid.
