What's new

New: Land now says whether a public road actually reaches the lot. A lot with no road frontage is close to unsellable and looked identical to a good one on every other line — same acreage, same zoning, same price per acre. It shows on the land facts under Access.
Improved: The Brain's chat is clean again. Everything it does while working out an answer — the steps it takes and the notes it makes along the way — is now one line you can open if you want it, instead of a dozen separate blocks pushing the real answer off the screen.
What you were typing to the Brain no longer disappears. Leave the screen mid-message, go look at a lead, come back — your words and any documents you attached are still there.
Ask the Brain what is on someone's book and it now answers. It could not before: it went looking for a way to list a person's leads, could not find one, and told you so.
Fixed: A lot with no road frontage is no longer marked Qualified on its own — it goes to Needs review, so nobody works a lot that may not be reachable. It never claims a lot is landlocked: a right of way can exist on the deed where no map shows one, and that is what the review is for.
