- New
- A deal now has the same file as a lead. Open a deal and "The file" shows everything you know about the people in it — the seller and the buyer — the same way the lead page always has, with the same history and the same place to add to it.
- You can see what an AI employee is doing right now. Open an employee and their status sits beside their name — working, idle, off, and what they are working on this minute. It updates while you watch and stops when you close the page.
- When your AI spending hits the cap you set, you now hear about it. An alert takes over the screen with a sound, a banner stays until it is dealt with, and it shows on your home board. Your employees stop working the moment the cap is reached, and until now nothing told you.
- A line on the seller's contract for what the lot actually is. A few words in the seller's own terms — "vacant wooded lot, no structures, sold as-is". It is optional, most contracts will not need it, and your AI employees can write it from what the seller told them.
- Improved
- Your AI employees stop guessing when a county's records are down. A county whose records we can reach but which is not answering right now is reported as exactly that, and they try again later instead of spending an hour driving the county's website looking for something that is temporarily offline.
- When a contract will not send, it now tells you which box is empty. It used to say only that "details are missing", so an employee had no idea what to fix and asked a person — who had to go and hunt for it too.
- When you answer something an employee asked you, it gets the answer. A question left waiting used to be able to time out while your reply was handed to a different run of the same employee — so it asked, you answered, and it gave up anyway.
- Fixed
- Your AI employees stop doing the same work twice. Send a follow-up while one is mid-conversation and it now joins the work already in hand instead of starting again from nothing — one employee, one conversation. Before this, a single employee could have four goes at the same lead at once, each re-checking the same county records and re-reading the same websites, and it burned through your AI spending doing it.
- Contracts no longer put the whole address on the city, state and ZIP lines. Where a contract asks for the address in separate boxes, each box was being filled with the entire address — so the city line read "942 Mars St, Gastonia, NC 28052". Each line now gets its own piece.
- The no-fee purchase agreement can be sent at all. Three money boxes on it — earnest money, the diligence deposit, and the balance at closing — had no source anywhere, so the contract was refused every single time, for you as well as for your employees. On a no-fee contract there is nothing up front, so the balance is the full price, and all three now fill themselves in.
- A price you promised a seller now reaches the deal. When you agree a number before the deal exists — which is the normal order — the deal was left blank and the contract had no figure to print.
- Your home board names the county instead of showing a number. Items about county records read "Snohomish County" rather than "county 53061", and a place whose real name already says what it is — Richmond city — is no longer turned into "Richmond city County".
- Your board stopped asking for something that cannot be done. A handful of counties publish sales with no address attached at all, and every night the board asked you to map an address column for them. Those counties are now left off that list, and the reason says they publish no address — never that they have no sales.
