What's new

New: You can set your own floors. Under Settings → Underwriting, tell us the least you will take as a fee and the least spread you will accept, and every price we work out from then on respects them. Until now there was nowhere to say, so we worked every price out as though you would take nothing.
Your AI employee chases the closing. Once the file is with the attorney it asks for an update, waits the number of days that step normally takes, and asks again — then stops after two unanswered notes and hands it to you rather than pestering a law firm.
Improved: A deal moves along its stages by itself. Contacted, Negotiating, Offer made, Under contract — each one moves when something actually proves it happened, so the deal you are looking at matches the work that has been done.
The closing panel shows what YOU asked and how long ago. It also stops assuming who said a thing: when you write up an update you say where it came from, and you can date it to the day the call actually happened rather than the day you typed it up.
A lead with a lot of phone numbers no longer buries the conversation. The number in use is shown with everything known about it; the rest fold behind a count.
A buyer with no phone number now points you at their buyer record, which is where a buyer's numbers actually live — not at their lead.
Fixed: Your AI employees stop replying to sellers unattended. On plans where a person approves every message, replies and forwards were going out without asking — the two commonest messages in a live conversation. They are now held for you like every other send.
A message waiting on your approval can no longer disappear. If nobody answered it within three days it was quietly dropped, the card left your board, and everything on record said the lead had been handled when it never was.
When your AI employee needs you to make a call or send a photo, it says so. It could not hold either for approval, so it told itself to ask a teammate and nothing reached you at all.
You are told when autonomy stops. On a plan change your employees stop acting on their own — correctly — but nothing said so, and they just appeared to go quiet.
A buyer's phone and email show up on the buyer conversation. They were on the buyer's record all along and the conversation could not see them.
A number you retired stays retired. Superseding a phone number now travels everywhere it needs to, so nobody — person or employee — texts a number you have replaced.
The figures on a deal fill themselves in, and a figure of zero reads as zero rather than as a dash that looks like a glitch. Where a number genuinely is not settled yet, it says so in words instead of leaving you guessing.
Your home board stopped timing out. It runs a lot of checks and was asking for more of the database at once than there was to go round, so unrelated checks failed together for no reason you could see.
