- New
- Buyer outreach is a stage of its own, with its own tab. Your employee works the matched buyers as a group rather than one at a time — who has been asked, on what, what they said back, and who still needs telling.
- What the buyer pays at closing, worked out from fees you already hold. Record what your attorney and your funder charge — a flat fee or a percentage — and the closing sheet builds itself. A line nobody has priced says so instead of counting as nothing.
- Their offer now records who said it and their exact words. A number with nobody's name on it is not a position, and an unclear reply is filed as needing your eye rather than becoming an agreement.
- Improved
- The conversation shows what was actually said, even on a lead nobody is assigned to. Buyer, attorney and escrow threads were hidden behind an ownership check — the attorney's especially, since nobody assigns an employee to their law firm.
- A link that says "approve it on the deal" now takes you to that panel. It opened the right page at the top and left you to find the control; on a deep link the panel had not even loaded yet, so it gave up silently.
- Fixed
- Your attorney and funder fees reach the closing costs instead of sitting on their record unread.
- A number you retired no longer reappears, and a buyer with no phone points at their buyer record rather than a lead.
