What's new

New: Calls now show up on a buyer, with what was said. Open a buyer and you get a Calls tab beside Email and Text — how long you spoke, and the full transcript of the call. A builder you saved from the Buyers Network carries the same conversation tabs.
A call counts as talking to somebody. Ringing a buyer, or a buyer ringing you, now moves them along from new to trusted the same way an email or a text does — including every call you have already had with them.
Your employee can check something with you in the middle of a call. It puts the caller on hold, texts you the question with a short code, waits for your answer, and picks the conversation back up. If you reply late it still reaches you — and the caller is never left listening to silence.
Whoever picks up a handed-over call knows what it is about before they say hello. They get a text with what is being discussed, and hear a one-line summary as they answer — so nobody is handed a stranger and left guessing.
Set how long each employee stays on a call. Every call used to end at the same twenty-five minutes no matter who was on it. Now it is per employee, and an employee who needs longer can ask you for it rather than being cut off.
Somebody selling a lot can get a price range on the phone. When a caller asks what you can pay, your employee gathers what the property needs, asks the offer engine, and gives them a range — never a figure it made up, and never a promise.
Head office can see and move everybody. The office page lists the people in every branch, and you can move one person or a selection of them between offices, or into head office.
Improved: The receptionist sounds like somebody who has done this before. It knows what the business knows, it stops narrating what it is about to do, and it speaks as the buyer — because that is what you are.
Every call ends with an actual goodbye. Calls were stopping the moment the job was done, which to the person on the line is indistinguishable from being hung up on.
Text messages stop dragging you back down. Scrolling up to read something older no longer snaps you to the newest message.
"Always show images from this sender" now sticks. It was remembered only on that machine, so a reinstall or an update wiped it.
A buyer's buy box has one home. The settings page had a second copy that could not save anything.
Fixed: Calls that went quiet and then dropped. A caller could answer a question and hear nothing for ten seconds before the line died — and the call recorded itself as a warm goodbye. Dead air is now noticed, spoken through, and if it cannot be recovered the call ends honestly.
Your employee answering itself. On a speakerphone its own voice was coming back down the line and being read as the caller talking, so it asked a question and then answered it.
Asking for a real person on an incoming call never worked. Anyone who rang in and asked to speak to somebody could not be put through at all.
People ringing in to sell were landing in the disqualified pile. Nobody asked for a ZIP code, and saying "North Carolina" out loud recorded no state at all — so the lead could not be matched to a place, while the caller was told they were all set.
The receptionist correcting itself out loud to a seller. It was taking back a promise of follow-up that the product actually keeps.
An office not knowing about the person running it. An admin added from the office view did not appear on that office's own page.
Moving somebody into head office quietly making them an administrator of the whole firm.
Replies and forwards now go through the same do-not-contact check as a new message.
