What's new

Improved: The yield study now spreads homes across the whole property with room for streets between rows, instead of grouping them in one corner.
Zoning rules now cover 126 counties across seven states, so the yield study works on far more of your leads with no setup.
Signing up for texting is simpler: the choices now match what carriers actually approve, so your application is less likely to be turned down.
Fixed: Maps sometimes failed to finish loading on this version — the file they need is now included in the app.
Yield study pictures export in full 4K, sharp enough to zoom into on a listing or send straight to a builder.
The 3D houses no longer shrink into a corner of the map after you resize the window.
When a government map service has an outage, the land map now says so in plain English instead of leaving a layer silently blank.
