What's new

New: A deal now has its own closing side: a step-by-step rail that shows exactly which step the closing is on and who everyone is waiting on.
You can send the closing file straight from the deal page.
You can search for a buyer and put them on a deal — or take them off again if they back out — from the deal's buyer side.
The deals page now lists every file sitting with a law firm, how long it has been there, and whether the firm has said anything since — so a closing cannot go quiet without you noticing.
You can write down what the attorney told you — a new closing date, a title problem, or how one was settled — straight onto the deal.
Improved: The yield study spreads homes across the whole property instead of grouping them in one corner, so a big lot looks like the neighbourhood it would become.
Zoning rules now cover 200 counties across seven states, so the yield study works on far more of your leads with no setup.
Your AI employee now knows what each deal needs next and whose move it is, so a contract the seller has signed moves on to finding a buyer instead of sitting there.
Your employee can chase a law firm that has gone quiet on a file and write the answer back onto the deal, so what you see matches what the attorney last said.
Fixed: A lot the zoning plainly allows a home on no longer reports that there is no room to build.
When a county's map names the city or town that does the zoning instead of a district, the land map now says so instead of waiting for a rule that will never come.
The list of things needing you no longer times out when you have a large sales history behind your comparables.
