- New
- Zoning setbacks now show on lots where the county publishes its zoning map but the property record leaves the district blank — Charlotte among them.
- Improved
- Four counties were pointing the zoning map at flood and evacuation zones instead of zoning districts. They looked right — a flood zone reads as a short code just like a zoning district does — so the lots they touched could have been given the wrong setbacks. They are corrected.
- Fixed
- The skip-trace history counts the traces you actually spent, not every lookup we ran. A search that finds nobody costs you nothing, and the month total now says so.
