What's new

New: Open a state office on the number your firm already has, instead of buying it one. Getting the office its own local number is still what we recommend — people answer a local number far more often — so if you choose to share, R35 asks you to confirm three times and tells you plainly what it costs: fewer people pick up, fewer replies to texts, and callbacks ring at head office rather than the branch.
A branch office can now ask head office for its own local number. It picks the number, says why it wants it, and head office sees the request — the office's own words, how long they have waited, and what it costs — then approves or turns it down with a reason the office reads. A branch never sees a price, and asking costs nothing.
Improved: When a caller rings back the shared number, whoever answers now knows the whole firm. Every office's people are on the list with their office beside their name, so a caller can be put straight through instead of being told to try another number. If two people share a first name, R35 asks which office rather than guessing.
