What's new

New: You can now see who is on a deal and change it, right on the deal page. Assign an AI teammate or a person to the whole deal, and every side of it — seller, buyer, attorney and escrow — follows. Taking somebody off stays off; it is never quietly put back.
Fixed: Reminder texts about an unanswered question are limited to two per person per day, and each one really is sent once. They had been repeating every few minutes, and a question left open for weeks could start texting the whole office as if it were new.
Every text you send or receive now counts against your monthly allowance. Texts were not being counted at all, while picture messages and call minutes were.
Your monthly text allowance is now labelled “Text parts”, with a line explaining that a long text is sent in more than one part and the phone company charges for each — so the number beside it is finally the number it says. It used to be labelled “Texts” over a count of parts.
The AI call minutes meter showed its internal name instead of a proper label.
Picture messages were counted once per attached image instead of once per message, so a message with three photos used three of your allowance.
A text is no longer held because the product could not work out what time it is where somebody lives. It now works that out from the property's state, the lead's address, or the phone's area code — and when it genuinely cannot, it says what it needs from you instead of just waiting.
An AI teammate can send a text or an email and make a call on a lead that has not been assigned to anybody yet. It used to refuse, saying it had no acting subject.
When your manager answers an AI teammate's question, it now tags that teammate — so they are actually woken and carry on with the job instead of staying stopped.
AI teammates no longer put internal system names or record numbers into their messages, their questions or their reminder texts. You get the address and what they need from you.
