- New
- The Buyers Network now says what each buyer actually buys — houses, multi-family, land or commercial — instead of showing everybody as a vacant-lot buyer. Across the network 71,735 buyers turn out to buy houses and 4,933 buy more than one kind; in North Carolina alone, 22,203 buy houses. A buyer we have no record for reads as “not established” rather than being guessed at.
- Improved
- Buyer matching now uses what a buyer really buys. A house-only buyer stops being offered your land leads, and a firm that buys both is offered both — which no single label could ever express.
- You can ask an AI teammate to work any property in their book by name — “text the buyer about 942 Mars St” — with nothing to tag. Tagging is now only needed to point them at a property that is not theirs.
- Fixed
- A saved buyer with no property types set was silently treated as buying everything. Their types are now seeded from their real purchase record, and anything you typed yourself is always kept.
- Your AI teammates can reach a deal from the lead they are working on. They could only ask by property or deal, which they had no way to look up — so they reported that a live deal did not exist.
- The check an AI teammate runs on its own context was reading tea leaves — it searched its own notes for words rather than asking for the facts. It now asks the part of the product that owns each fact, and tells the difference between “there is no price yet” and “nobody looked”.
