What's new

New: Leads, buyers and deals now show who added them — a person by name, an AI teammate by name, or the job that brought them in — and who ASKED for it, when somebody did. Today and Yesterday presets on the Added filter answer “what came in, and from where” in two clicks.
Whether your AI teammates add a “reply STOP to opt out” line to a first text is now a switch in Settings, off by default, with your own wording if you want one.
Improved: The Land facts card was showing only part of what is known about a property. The owner of record, their mailing address, the county, use-value deferral, water on the parcel and whether it is wooded all reached the file and never the card. It now reads the same record the file does, and says whose figure each one is.
Fixed: A lead's file now shows what each fact actually IS. It listed things like “Parcel number on file — confirmed, 95% sure” without ever showing the number — the value was recorded correctly the whole time and nothing was reading it. A fact we cannot show stops calling itself confirmed and says which of three things happened: we checked and could not establish it, we hold no such fact, or nobody looked.
A half-written message is no longer lost when you reopen the app. Opening a room before your session had finished loading did not just fail to restore your draft — it deleted it.
A deal's status now follows its closing. A deal that reached the attorney and had funds disbursed sat at “Assigned” for ever, so the funnel never counted a contract and Won stayed at $0. A deal is only counted as closed when a person confirms the money landed.
A lead's verdict no longer claims it was judged against buy-box “v0”. That number was never recorded — the qualification was always using your current buy box — so it now says so, and new verdicts record the real one.
