What's new

New: The Offers settings now have a tab for each kind of property — houses, multi-family, land and commercial — and each one shows only the numbers its own pricing actually uses. A vacant lot no longer asks you about a kitchen rehab or an agent's resale commission, and it says out loud which figures were considered and left out.
Insurance, utilities, upkeep and the tax stand-in now have real controls with sensible limits. They were part of every offer and there was no way to see or change them.
Fixed: Your commission setting was being ignored on land. Every lot was charged 8% no matter what you had set, and the seller-facing figure quoted a house's 5.5% while the costs behind it used 8%.
The “old rule of thumb” setting did nothing at all, on any property type. Whatever you picked, the built-in figure was used instead.
Multi-family and commercial say plainly that R35 cannot price them yet, and let you enter the figure yourself — which is what the product had been telling you to do all along, on a path that never worked.
