What's new

New
  • Every lead now names who to chase about it, not just who is working it. The manager of whoever the property is assigned to is shown right on the record, so you are not hopping between the lead page and the employees page to work out who to ask.
  • Your AI employees can now see the buyers already matched to a property. Before, they searched your own buyer list, found it empty, and went hunting county by county — while the deal already had a full list of matched builders sitting there waiting.
Improved
  • Land in Gastonia is now priced against the city's own zoning rules rather than the county's. They share district names but are different ordinances, and the county's were looser than what the city will actually permit you to build.
  • R35 now knows which lots around Gaston County sit on public sewer and water instead of assuming septic. Several towns on their own systems were being written down as septic, which is a large swing in what a lot is worth.
  • When your Brain needs a decision about a property, she raises it in the main group chat and tags the manager of whoever the property is assigned to, rather than waiting in a thread you might not open.
Fixed
  • Your AI employees were telling sellers you were “finding a buyer” for their property. To a seller, you are the buyer — they now never say it, and it is stopped on calls, texts and email rather than just discouraged.
  • An AI employee asked on the phone for its own number used to read back the number you were ringing from. It now knows its own phone number and email address, and if it has not been given one it says so instead of guessing.
  • A contract on a property with more than one name on the deed no longer stalls. One owner signing is enough. The other names are recorded as a title matter for the closing attorney, instead of your seller being asked to chase somebody else's signature.
  • Contracts were printing $0 for the earnest money deposit and the balance at closing. Nothing was checking those figures against each other. Now a document does not go out at all unless the money on it adds up.
  • A price you enter yourself for a lot is now the price used. The app had been working out what could be built on the land and quietly ignoring your figure — and on land, your figure is the one that counts.
  • Buttons on your home screen that pointed at pages which no longer exist now go where they say. Some of them had been quietly landing you on the staff list with nothing explaining why.
