- New
- When somebody tells you it is fine to contact them again, you can record it right on the number — and say how you know: they told you on a call, they wrote back, they told you in person, or they signed something. Their original “stop” is kept, so the history still reads honestly.
- A number blocked only because it reaches somebody else now has a “Text this person anyway, just this once” button, so you are not stuck when it really is the person you meant.
- Improved
- A blocked call or text now says which of the three reasons applies — they asked us to stop, the number is no longer theirs, or it reaches a different person — instead of one label standing in for all three.
- Fixed
- Numbers were being labelled “They said stop” when nobody had said stop. The usual real reason is that the number reaches a different person — the name on the deed rather than the person you are dealing with — and it now says exactly that.
- A phone number or email you type in yourself is no longer treated like one a skip trace dug up. Your own correction is now the one that gets used.
- A lead you hand to an employee yourself no longer stays hidden in the “Outside buy box” list. Assigning it is you saying work it, and the list now agrees.
- The notice under a blocked number told you nobody on your team could ever text it again. That was not true, and it now tells you what would actually unblock it.
