- New
- You can tell your AI employee the most you will pay for a property straight from team chat, and it acts on it — no form to fill in. It records who said it, when, and your exact words, so the number is always traceable back to you. It opens below your ceiling and tries to settle lower.
- The offer panel now asks for one figure: the most you will pay. The opening offer and the walk-away are optional, and if you leave them blank your employee works out an opening itself — and the record says that opening was its idea, not a number you set.
- When somebody tells you it is fine to contact them again, your AI employee can record that for you — quoting who said it and how you know.
- Improved
- Your manager AI can search and read team chat, so it can answer what was actually said instead of replying that it cannot see.
- Fixed
- Old phone numbers and email addresses you had already replaced were still being offered to your AI employee as ways to reach somebody, ahead of the number you typed in yourself. Only current contacts are offered now, and yours come first.
- Numbers were labelled as though the person had asked you to stop texting when they never had. That label now appears only when somebody genuinely opted out.
- “This lead has no phone number at all” was being shown for leads that had five. It really meant “none I am allowed to use”, and now it says which — only old numbers, or only numbers that reach somebody else.
- Your manager AI answered almost everything with “I looked at this and it is your call.” It now reads the conversation the question was asked in — where your own instructions usually already are — and settles what it can itself.
- A text-messaging registration could get stuck claiming the carriers had rejected it when they never had, with no way to resubmit. Registrations now carry on by themselves once the business brand is approved, and a rejected one can be resubmitted.
