- New
- Your AI teammates can now open and read files you send them in Team chat — a screenshot, a contract, a spreadsheet — instead of replying that they cannot see an attachment.
- A file you sent has a delete control. Removing it takes the file out of our storage as well as out of the room, so it is genuinely gone. Only the person who sent a file can remove it.
- A deal now has an AI history tab, the same one a lead has: every run your teammates did on that deal, what it cost, and the full play-by-play — with a tab for the seller side and the buyer side.
- The search box remembers what you looked up. Open it with an empty box and the leads and deals you recently opened are listed first, one keystroke from being reopened.
- Improved
- Team chat and the Brain page make a sound when you send a message, and a different one when a reply arrives — including while you are sitting on the page waiting for it.
- Team chat opens on your conversation list instead of dropping you into the office room. Nothing is opened for you, so nothing is marked read until you choose it.
- Buyers get a text AND an email now, with the text first — buyers answer a text in minutes and an email in days. Your teammate no longer waits for a buyer to opt in before texting; a buyer who replies STOP is still never texted again.
- Waiting on your intro call to a buyer no longer stops your teammate reaching them by message. The rule was always about the first phone call.
- Fixed
- Sending a message did not scroll down to show it, and opening a thread started you at the top instead of the newest reply. Both fixed.
- Your teammate's status could say “marked as working but has not checked in” while it was mid-conversation — it was reading the wrong one of two runs. It now reads the one actually working.
- Your teammates were running without their instructions. A wiring fault meant every AI employee and manager was given a single sentence instead of the full brief, which is why they went quiet after sending, did not know the office's own phone number, and said things about a property that were not how you work. They have their instructions now.
- A teammate would send an email and then stop — no follow-up, no message to you. Before it stops it now either reaches everyone on every channel they have, has a follow-up booked, has told you where things stand, or has asked you something.
- Your firm's phone number is bought automatically when your carrier registration is approved, and set up to receive replies from its first minute. A number bought before could send but never receive, so a seller's reply went nowhere.
- Your Offices page shows your headquarters again, once, with the office switcher back in the header — and the projected bill lists every office.
- Several background jobs had never run at all, including the one that finishes closing a deal and the one that links the two sides of a deal in your Dossier.
- County records no longer come back empty when a county publishes its data under a slightly different column name.
- Your workspace no longer shows every panel as broken for a moment when we deploy an update.
