- New
- You can now set the most your firm will pay for a property yourself, straight from the deal, with a note saying what the figure is based on. Once you set it, a new valuation records what it worked out but no longer changes your number.
- The deal now tells you where its cap came from — whether you set it, whether your teammate did, what the numbers had worked out instead, and the reasoning behind it.
- Improved
- Your AI teammates can now decide what to ask a buyer for a property themselves. They were only ever allowed to pass on a price you had given them, so a teammate you had told to use its own judgement had nothing it was permitted to say — and went quiet on buyers who were waiting. What you pay a seller is still yours to set.
- Your teammates can also set the most your firm will pay on a deal, when the valuation engine has nothing to work from or produces a figure that makes no sense. Every one of these needs its reasoning written down, and you can see it and change it.
- When a teammate cannot work out a price, it now tells its manager in the chat straight away — which property, which buyer is waiting, and what it is stuck on — instead of ending its turn silently. Going quiet on somebody who is waiting was the worst of the outcomes and it now cannot happen.
- Every answer that comes back without a price now says what to do next, rather than just naming what is missing.
- Fixed
- Opening a thread played the 'message sent' sound at you every single time, and actually sending a reply from a thread played nothing at all. The sound was wired to the wrong action; it now plays when you send, wherever you send from.
- A price your teammate reasoned itself is no longer shown as something you said. It is attributed to them, with their working, so you can always tell your own instructions from their judgement.
