What's new

New: The two closing buttons are now called Single close and Double close, the words the trade and your attorney actually use, with a What does this mean? panel that explains each one in full — what happens, what your buyer sees, what it costs, and when each is worth it.
Improved: Your teammates decide how a deal closes themselves, as soon as the seller has signed and a buyer's price is agreed — and before any paperwork goes out, because the two routes are different documents. They judge it on the spread: a large one is worth closing twice, since your buyer never sees what the seller was paid; a modest one is not worth the second settlement.
When a teammate needs a decision from you it now comes as a short card in the same conversation, with buttons. You answer in one click and they carry on. Nothing sends you to another screen to read a sentence you are already reading.
Your teammates stopped telling you to go and look at the attention board. Around thirty places used to, including when they had only filed a record and never actually asked you anything.
When you tell a teammate a price in the chat, they can now record it. They could quote you perfectly and still be refused, so they would ask you to type in a number you had just typed.
A teammate tagging your manager now shows their real name instead of the word @manager, which read as a handle nobody has.
Fixed: Two teammates could get into a loop replying to each other, with nobody else in the conversation. They now stop after a dozen messages if no person has said anything, and one word from you starts them again.
Teammates were posting their own thinking into the conversation — 'one moment', 'reading the thread now' — and each one woke a colleague to read it. Those are now refused, along with sending the same message twice.
A signed contract could read as unsigned, because the seller's agreement is signed before the deal exists and nothing looked for it there. That refused the closing file, told a teammate to chase a signature you already had, and left the deal off the handover list entirely.
Your office was being sent a teammate's own private brief, tool names and all.
Where you get paid said no account was recorded while showing you the account. It now says what it actually is — the details are on file and the account number itself could not be opened — and asks only for the number back.
