- New
- When something goes wrong on screen you now get a short reference code, like R35-K7QM-4P2X, with a button to copy it. Quote that to us and we can see exactly what broke, for you, at that moment, instead of asking you to describe it.
- You can download the full transcript of anything a teammate did — every step, every tool, every message — from a lead's AI history. The file is kept on our own storage and the download link expires shortly after you ask for it, so it cannot be forwarded around by accident.
- Improved
- When a screen breaks in the app, R35 is told automatically: what broke, on which page, and for which workspace. Nothing you typed is sent — not names, not addresses, not phone numbers, not the contents of any message.
- A question a teammate asked you now stops waiting once you have dealt with the thing it was waiting on. Before, a question that got stuck stayed stuck even after you had assigned somebody or filled in the missing detail, so it sat there looking unanswered.
- Fixed
- Texts stopped failing for firms whose number sits on our main account. Every message a teammate tried to send came back rejected: the number was right, but it was being sent using the wrong account's credentials.
- A text that gets held — because a campaign is still being approved, say — is picked up again once it is allowed to send. The job that looks for held messages could not actually see any of them, so it reported everything as fine while they sat there.
- Photos a seller texts you now arrive. For a number on our main account the app looked for the picture in the wrong place and saved the message with no photo and no warning.
- A branch office keeps the logo it inherits from head office. The logo was being set correctly and then wiped a moment later, so the office looked unbranded.
- The Download button on a transcript gives you the one you are looking at. If you opened a second export while the first was still loading, it could hand you the wrong file.
- When our texting service refuses a message because the campaign is still being registered, the app now says so. It knew that refusal by an old name and showed you nothing.
