What's new

New
  • You can write to R35 from inside the app. Support sits in the sidebar under Get help, and each conversation shows plainly whose turn it is — yours or ours — so nothing sits waiting because both sides thought the other was answering.
  • Wherever something goes wrong and you are shown a reference code, there is now a Tell R35 about this button beside it. It carries the code across for you, so we can see exactly what failed on your screen instead of asking you to describe it.
  • An owner or admin can clear a teammate's two-factor from their row on the Team page, for when somebody loses the phone they set it up on.
Improved
  • Anyone on your team can now set up two-factor on their own account. Before, only owners and admins could — which meant a teammate could not be made an admin until they had it, and could not set it up until they were one.
  • Support is reachable while you are still setting your workspace up. That is when you are most likely to need us, and it was the one time you could not reach us.
Fixed
  • If the app itself crashes, R35 is now told. The part of the desktop app that can take the whole window down had no way to report it, so the failures that stopped you working were the ones we never heard about.
  • A message that could not be registered with the carriers no longer tells you to resubmit it. When the fault is ours there is nothing for you to do, and the old wording sent people to a button that could only fail again.
