- New
- Open any lead's property in Google Earth from its detail page — the full window, historical imagery and the measuring tape, on top of the map already on the page.
- A neighbour can now become a lead on either side. Convert the lot next door into a seller lead, or its owner into a buyer lead, and anything you have already skip traced for them comes across with it.
- Any lot on the land map converts to a buyer lead as well as a seller one. A buyer conversion also files the owner into the R35 builders network, so the next firm looking for a cash buyer in that county finds them.
- Improved
- Contacts now carry their validity in their own column — good, weak, needs recheck or bad — and it stays on the lead instead of vanishing the moment you look away. A contact nobody has validated says so plainly, rather than looking like a bad one.
- Your teammates act faster. The safety check that runs before every action a teammate takes was making seven separate trips to the database and now makes two.
- Fixed
- The map layers panel no longer hides under the window bar in full screen. On a large display it also sat in a strip where clicks moved the window instead of reaching the map.
- Pressing Validate on a contact now updates the row you are looking at. The answer was being stored correctly and the table kept showing the old one until you reloaded the page.
- Outside links from a lead — Google Earth and LandGlide — now open the right lot. They were being handed a corner of the parcel, which on a small lot opens the neighbour's.
