What's new

New: Correct a contact right where you are looking at it. Every phone number and email on the Parties card and the Contacts tab now has an Edit control, including ones a skip trace found. Your correction becomes the number to use, and the old one stays on the lead marked old so nothing adds it back by mistake.
Improved: Validate and Skip trace ask before they spend. Each now says what it is about to do, how many skip traces you have left, and — for Validate — that it asks the provider about every contact on the lead, not just the row you pressed. The confirm button names the cost. If your balance is empty there is nothing to press but Buy more, so you can never approve a lookup that cannot run.
Fixed: Calls that would not go out. If your workspace calls from a number registered under R35, the app was refusing to dial and telling you calling was not set up — while showing you the number. The number was never the problem, and it now calls properly.
A call that failed used to show you the phone company's own error text, like “ConnectionError (31005)”, which told you nothing you could act on. You now get a plain sentence saying what happened and whether it is something you can fix.
The calls tab said “Call failed” and “No calls yet” at the same time. A call that does not connect leaves no recording to list, so the list was right and the message underneath it was wrong.
The same phone number no longer appears twice on a lead. One number written two ways — with and without the country code — was stored as two separate contacts, so a number you had already validated still showed as unchecked beside its twin.
Opening the Edit form to fix a name no longer brings back numbers you had corrected. Retired numbers were loading as ordinary editable boxes, and saving put every one of them back into service.
Skip traces nobody asked for. The buyer hunt was running contact lookups on its own and spending from your prepaid balance. Nothing spends a skip trace now unless you pressed a button or your AI teammate used the tool.
An opt-out you record by hand now blocks the AI from calling, even when the number was typed in a different format from the one on the lead.
Wording meant for your AI teammates no longer shows up in your screens. Notes such as “DIFFERENT PERSON — DO NOT USE” were written as instructions to the AI and were being shown to you word for word. Each one now reads as a sentence written for you, and says who the number actually belongs to.
A teammate that hears a phone number on a call can now find it again however it writes the number down. It was being told the contact did not exist.
