- New
- You have to say who a message is for. In your office chat the box now opens with an @ already typed, and it stays put — write the name after it, or click one of the people you have been talking to, shown right above the box. A message addressed to nobody is one every person reads and no AI teammate acts on, which is how questions went unanswered.
- You can reply to one particular message in a thread. Every message now has a Reply button that addresses that person for you, so an answer to the third message in a long thread reads as an answer to it rather than as a new remark at the bottom.
- What you were typing is still there when you come back. Half-written messages in the Brain, in your office chat and in a teammate's thread used to disappear the moment you went somewhere else. They are kept on your own machine, per conversation, and cleared the moment you send.
- Improved
- Threads read properly. The message everything is answering sits at the top and larger, the replies hang off it on a connecting line, and the date is printed once instead of above both halves.
- Your AI teammates hired before pictures existed now have one. They were still showing as initials while newly hired ones had a face.
- A branch office looks like the firm it belongs to. The logo and the brand colour your headquarters set now show in every office, instead of a branch rendering with no logo and the default colour.
- Your notification list is kept for thirty days. "A new lead just arrived" is one notice per lead per person, and nothing had ever cleared them out.
- Fixed
- The notification bell opens, and shows how many are unread. On the desktop app the click was being swallowed by the window's title bar, so nothing happened at all — and the unread count only appeared if you had allowed desktop pop-ups, which is backwards, because that is exactly the person who needs the number in the app.
- Uploading your photo works. It was refused every time with a message about your session having ended, when the session was perfectly fine.
- Your first and last name are filled in from the name we already had, instead of showing two empty boxes underneath your name on the same screen.
- The phone number you already verified for your AI teammates now shows on your account as verified, instead of asking you to prove it a second time.
