- New
- Find the leads nobody is working. A new filter next to the others narrows the list to leads no AI employee currently holds — set the status to Qualified alongside it and you have every qualified lead waiting to be picked up. A lead that was moved off someone, or taken off them, counts as nobody's.
- Improved
- Handing a selection of leads to an employee now tells you who you are taking them from first — “8 with Dana and 3 with Marcus” — before it moves them. Their work so far stays on the lead.
