What's new

New: Ask your team for a price on several properties at once. When an AI employee needs your number on more than one lot, it now asks for them together as one set, with each property named, so you can work through them in one sitting instead of answering the same question over and over.
Improved: When an employee asks you about a property, the question now names the right one. It reads the address off the lead itself, so what you are asked about is always something you can find in your leads list.
A question your employee is waiting on can be answered by anyone on the team, and the manager will see it was already handled rather than answering it a second time.
When you tell an employee a price you can write it in your own words — “let's start with 75k max” — instead of only a bare number, so you can give them the reasoning along with the figure.
Price questions go straight to you instead of also waking the Brain, which cannot answer them anyway. Fewer notifications, and none of them wasted.
Fixed: Fixed AI calls that connected and then said nothing. The person picked up, heard silence, and hung up. Calls now carry everything the voice service needs to start speaking.
A seller whose call went silent now gets an apology text within about a minute and a half instead of six. They hear from you while they still remember the call.
An employee no longer repeats work it already did. If a run is interrupted part-way and picked up again, it now knows what already went out and carries on rather than starting over — which is what caused the same message to be posted twice.
An employee waiting on an answer from you no longer wakes up over and over while it waits. It pauses properly and comes straight back the moment you reply.
The note on a lead explaining why a call went wrong is now written in plain English instead of our own shorthand.
