- New
- A new Qualification rules screen under Settings. Every rule the engine uses is listed with a plain-English explanation and a switch, so you decide which ones apply to your firm — drop leads owned by a company or a trust, leads that sold recently, vacant lots the county now records a building on, a lot sitting next to its own owner's house, and lots in streets that are mostly manufactured homes. Rules with a number to set (how many years counts as recently sold, how close counts as near a town) have that on the same row.
- The same screen holds the settings that were only editable in the database before: the score at which a lead qualifies, the score at which it is dropped, the confidence floor, whether qualified and disqualified leads get looked at again, and whether a lead has to wait for the county to confirm its address before it can be qualified.
- Improved
- A lead now tells you why it is sitting in Needs review. The verdict, its score and confidence, and every reason that helped or hurt it are shown as sentences instead of codes — and reasons nobody has checked yet are listed separately rather than counted against the lead.
- A lead waiting on the county's address check now says so, instead of looking like a decision was made about it.
