- New
- A draft an AI teammate wants your sign-off on now appears in that teammate's own thread, as a card showing what will be sent, to whom and on which channel — approve it, edit and send it, reject it with a reason, or say you are on it, all without leaving the conversation. The separate Approvals tab is gone, so AI employees is now just your roster.
- Your AI teammates have faces everywhere they appear — in the room, in the conversation list, and on their own thread. Teammates you hired before pictures existed get one automatically within a quarter of an hour.
- React to a teammate's message and they hear about it. Marking something wrong or unclear reaches them as a correction they act on, so you can answer with one click instead of typing. A thumbs-up or a tick rides along without waking anybody, because agreeing with something is not an instruction to do something.
- The Do not contact list moved to Settings, under Staying compliant, next to the phone suppression list. Nothing was removed from it, and AI employees is now just your roster.
- Improved
- A teammate now answers IN the thread you tagged them in, instead of starting a new message at the bottom of the room. They were never told which thread they had been tagged in, so a fresh message was the only thing they could send.
- The room says what a teammate is doing right now — and when they are working a property, it names the street rather than saying "the deal". It used to say "waking them up" long after they had woken up and started.
- Threads look like threads. The connecting line runs between the faces instead of straight through them, the message everything is answering sits at the top, and each message has its own Reply.
- An @name reads as part of the sentence — bold, in your brand colour — rather than a label stuck onto it.
- Your own phone number is verified on your account, and that is the number an AI teammate hands a caller to. The separate list of escalation numbers is gone; each teammate still picks which number it uses on its own Settings tab.
- Fixed
- A teammate's reply reaches you. Replies were being posted and then telling nobody — no unread count, no sound, no desktop notification — because the agent's side of chat had no way to raise one.
- A branch office shows the logo and brand colour its headquarters set, instead of no logo and the default colour.
- One employee's stranded work no longer takes every other employee's rescue down with it.
