What's new

New: A live progress card on the Needs review page. Start a requalify batch and it tells you it is waiting to start, then counts your leads as they are re-checked, then says how many were done — on the same row as the button, and it keeps counting if you navigate away and come back.
Two more rules on the Qualification settings screen: drop a lead whose property type is not in your buy box, and drop a lot no road reaches. The road one has a distance you set, because how far counts as reachable depends on your market.
Fixed: Leads that could never qualify are now dropped instead of waiting in Needs review. A house when your buy box is vacant lots only can never pass, so it was sitting there implying somebody could decide something about it.
Fixed lots being called landlocked when a road runs right along their edge. Two separate causes: some were measured from a pin in the middle of the lot because the county publishes no outline for it, and the road map itself is drawn approximately — over half of all lots called landlocked were within 300 feet of a road that was actually there.
A parcel the county never classified is now read as vacant land when its record shows acreage and no building of any kind. These were sitting in Needs review scoring just under the line for ever.
Fixed the reasons on a lead's Qualification tab rendering as a narrow column of single words with the rest of the panel blank.
