- Improved
- A background job that dies is now noticed within hours instead of three weeks. The check could only ever spot a job that had never run once, not one that ran for weeks and stopped — which is the way they actually fail.
- Your account does far less pointless background work. One job was being created for every unassigned lead every hour, whether or not there was an agent free to take it — 67,000 of them a day. Leads are now handed out to match how many your agents can actually hold, best leads first, and the rest wait for room instead of being re-offered to nobody.
- Each piece of evidence on a buyer now says what was actually seen about them — a county sale, a building permit, a land-disturbance approval, or simply that they own a lot nearby. These rank differently as signs that somebody buys land, and they used to read alike.
- Fixed
- "Buyer lead" on the land map, and on the neighbours list of a lead, now saves a buyer to your Buyer leads. It was filing them as a property lead instead — so they showed up on no tab in the app, and the property rules then marked them Disqualified. The three lots you already saved that way have been moved across.
- Companies are no longer disqualified for being companies when they are the BUYER. A rule that drops a lot owned by an LLC was being applied to your buyer list too, which struck out 193 real homebuilders — every one of them has been put back.
- Buyers found from county deed records now actually appear in your buyer list. They never had: every save was being rejected before it was written, so a county full of active buyers looked like a county with none in it. The same fault was silently dropping builders from land-disturbance approvals, and owners found from the neighbours list.
- The Needs review page no longer stalls behind a slow check. The panel that watches for background jobs that have stopped running was reading a million-row table twice on every visit to the home screen.
