What's new

New: Colour-code your leads, the way you would colour rows in a spreadsheet. Pick a colour on a lead's page — the swatches are at the right-hand end of the header, next to the property type — and that lead's row on the Leads page is filled with it. There is a colour filter on the Leads page too, including "Not coloured" for the ones you have not been through yet.
Assign a buyer to one of your agents. The Buyer leads list now has an "Assigned to" column, and you set it from the buyer's own page — the same control you already use on a seller lead. Your AI can do it too if you just ask.
Improved: The colour you put on a lead is yours and means nothing to the software. Nothing is scheduled, ranked, qualified or routed because of it — red does not mean urgent unless you decide it does. Your AI has been told the same, so it will not read anything into a colour it sees.
Buyers found from county deed records now reach your buyer list. They never had — every one of those saves was being thrown away before it was written, so a county full of active buyers looked like a county with none in it.
Fixed: Calls are no longer reported as dropped when they simply ended. Every finished call was logging an error blaming the voice provider — including normal conversations — which meant a call that genuinely was lost looked exactly like one that went fine. Now only real failures are flagged.
Your account keeps far less pointless history and does far less pointless work. One background job was being created for every unassigned lead every hour whether or not an agent was free — 67,000 a day — and a nightly clean-up that has been running since it shipped had never actually deleted anything.
