- New
- Your buy box can now be drawn as cities with a distance around each one — "Charlotte and 25 miles around it", one ring per city, as many as you work. A property counts if it lands in ANY of them, so seven towns is seven separate rings instead of one enormous circle. Miles are measured outward from the city's edge, and each row tells you how far it actually reaches.
- A new qualification rule, "Too far out of town": set how many miles from the middle of a town you still buy, and anything beyond it is set aside. It ships switched off — the right distance depends on your market, so you pick the number.
- The owner's mailing address now shows when you edit a lead's parties, so you can see the address a skip trace searches on.
- Improved
- Brain answers now appear as they are written instead of after a wait — streaming was never switched on for the live app, so every reply used to arrive as a wall of text at the end.
- The Brain is quicker and gets to the point. It no longer spends a turn looking up what it already remembers, and it leads with the answer instead of explaining how it got there.
- Fixed
- Skip tracing lots you added from the map was returning "no contact found". It was searching the lot itself, which for vacant land is nobody's home — it now searches the owner's mailing address. Worth re-running those leads.
- A lead whose Buildability card is red — high-risk flood, a wetland, or a slope over 15% — is no longer auto-qualified. Your rules now drop it, and you can turn that off if you work difficult land.
- Leads were being auto-qualified when most of your qualification checks could not run at all, so a lot with nothing around it passed on "it's in your state" and "it's the right property type". Those now go to Needs review instead.
- A lead showing mailing addresses no longer says "no phone, email or address is on file", and no longer claims nobody has run a skip trace when one has.
