What's new

New
  • You can see when a teammate is typing, both in a room and inside a thread.
  • A Stop button now sits beside a teammate that is working, so you can stop them mid-task without leaving the conversation.
  • The documents page now shows the four documents your firm actually needs — the seller contract without a fee, the seller contract with a due-diligence fee, the buyer contract for a double close, and the buyer assignment — each labelled with what it is for and what step is still outstanding.
  • A “New messages” line shows where you left off, and opening a room puts you on that line instead of past it.
  • Messages now make a sound when they arrive. You can turn it off in settings and still see everything on screen.
Improved
  • A teammate's reply now appears the moment they send it. Replies land inside the thread you tagged them in, and that panel was never listening for new messages — so you had to refresh to see an answer that had already arrived.
  • Read-aloud now uses a voice built for Apple Silicon Macs, so it runs properly on your machine instead of through Apple's compatibility layer — and macOS will stop warning you that R35 contains an old Intel component.
  • When a document is not ready to send, the app now says which step is left — fields not placed, your signature line unsigned, or a blank that needs naming — instead of telling you to upload a document you have already uploaded. It also warns you not to re-upload, which starts a new document and loses the signature you already added.
Fixed
  • When an AI teammate answers you, you are now told. Their reply raised no notification at all before — no unread count, no sound, nothing — so an answer could sit there unseen.
  • The Team Calendar loads again. Somebody who belongs to two of your offices was listed twice, which stopped the page rendering at all.
  • Stopping a teammate now records who actually stopped it, so the app no longer reports that a person stopped something when it was the system.
