What's new

New: Notifications now appear inside the app as a small card, so you see them whether or not your computer shows its own. A card raised while you are away waits for you rather than ageing out unseen.
A collapsed conversation now says how many replies are new to you, and marks the ones where somebody tagged you. Reading a conversation clears only that one.
You can now find contact details for a whole shortlist of buyers at once, and add a company's business address yourself when there is nothing to search by.
Your contracts now carry a real earnest deposit — between $500 and $2,500, set from the price on the paper — instead of showing nothing. The balance line deducts it, so the figures add up in front of whoever signs.
Improved: When you reply to a teammate who was waiting on you, the red “stopped until you answer” line turns into a tick that says who answered — you, or the Brain if it got there first.
Tagging a property looks like tagging a person: it keeps its @ and uses your firm's colour. You still have to name a person — tagging an address does not address anybody.
The team chat uses the whole window instead of a narrow column down the middle.
Your AI teammates no longer quote internal reference codes or tool names at you. They name the property, the person or the document instead.
The Brain now addresses whoever it is replying to by name, which is what actually delivers the message to them.
The documents page lists every blank that is stopping a document from being sent, each with what it needs.
Links in email from R35 now open properly instead of showing a security warning.
Fixed: Buyers on your marketplace listings see one price — what they pay. They could previously see your asking price and your fee side by side, which is your margin written in two halves.
The assignment sent to a buyer states the price the buyer agreed, and never mentions a fee. The email that carries it does the same.
A dollar amount no longer prints twice on documents whose template already carries a $ sign, the agreement date fills in, and a long name shrinks to fit its line instead of running over the words beside it.
The Team Calendar loads again for firms with more than one office.
An AI teammate scheduled to work every day now works on Sundays.
